Vocadesk Documentation¶
Vocadesk is a platform for businesses to deploy AI voice agents that answer inbound phone calls, take web calls from a button on their website, and hand off to a human when needed. You configure an agent's persona, voice, knowledge, and the questions it should ask, then review every call's recording, transcript, and post-call summary from one dashboard.
This site is the reference and how-to documentation for operating that platform.
